Yes. Please contact us promptly by phone or email to make changes before your order is prepared. A $5 fee will be added for any modification.

How can I pick up my order?

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email inviting you to pick it up at our gourmet counter in Stoneham or Saint-Sauveur, depending on the option you selected.

What products can I order online from the bakery?

We offer over 200 seasonal products, classic must-haves, exclusive creations, and other premium items. Visit our online shop to find your favorites.

How long does it take for my order to be ready?

Orders are generally ready within 48 hours. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare your products for maximum quality and freshness.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, it’s not mandatory. However, it is strongly recommended. It will allow you to access your order history, edit your addresses, and track your package online more quickly. You will also be informed of new products and special events.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, or in cash when picking it up at our Saint-Sauveur or Stoneham gourmet counter.
